3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

4. Financial Transactions and Payments

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before you can withdraw the bonus funds. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or bonus hunting is found, deb999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
  • deb999 may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

The deb999 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each level.

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Staying regularly active and maintaining trust in the platform makes it possible to advance to higher VIP levels. In any dispute regarding VIP rewards and cashback benefits, deb999's decision will be considered final.

8. Responsible Gaming
